who we are
HitPlay Pulse started in 2022 at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, when three film composers - Erwick D’Souza , David J. Atkins , and Caleb Cannon - realized tabletop games deserved better audio.
Erwick had the idea. Caleb built the engine from scratch. David and Erwick made it sound like a movie.
Caleb also plays a dangerous amount of TTRPGs, which helps.
